To anyone on the edge and feeling hopeless, people DO care about you. Not the way politicians care with lip service, we're actually grateful for what you have done and concerned about the lack of help you've been offered. Keep fighting.
Time to go write some letters to those "gentlemen" who think they represent me.
Yea I know its weird how it disappears. At first I wasn't sure if it was just me, but now I know.
ReplyDeleteI write this blog because I am one of those "people [that] DO care". I care about the Veterans we forget and leave behind. I care about the beat, broken, abused and raped that we ignore.
Everyone has a voice and a life worth saving. Terrible things happen in this life, but beautiful things happen as well. And hope is a very beautiful thing. It is moments, like this video, that spark hope. These are the seeds of hope. They should be cultivated, and spread to the winds.
